Yes, 98 has many problems, which is why I did switch to 2000 (can't run XP beacuse of other software compatibility).

This sounds very much like the bug I was reporting in a different thread. The general protection fault occurred in USER.EXE. I never tied it to switching between tasks though. I can't try to help on this anymore :( I "upgraded" to Windows 2000 (for other compatiblity reasons) and TunerPro ...

Yeah. Reproducibility is everything in debugging. It mostly happens on my Laptop under Windows 98. I suspect a recent installation of the newest EPROMER6 software hosed some system files which might be the real culprit. Other software is unstable now, too on my laptop. I am also fighting seemingly random crashes when editing a bin under Windows 98. I've not "officially" reported because I can't consistently reproduce it. Is there some information I can collect to help pin this down?

I read the thread about WinALDL compatibility and if that is not in the offing, how about being able to import/export a table as an ASCII file? This will at least mitigate my fat fingers hitting the wogrn keys

I do like the ability to drag points on the tables.
