DA not connected Windows 7

Post by vlydeka »

Hello everybody,

I'm new here, so please forgive me if this questions was already posted, I couldn't find it.
I have quarterhorse installed in my Ford EEC4 module. I can upload bin files from the and to the chip, but I can't connect DA to record data with my windows 7 computer. It works with windows XP, but I tried with 3 different Windows 7 computers and I can't connect DA.
Do I have to use different settings, definition, etc.?
Please help,
Thank you.

I'm not sure if the same applies to TunerPro but on another piece of tuning software you typically have to set the USB latency timer to 2 for Windows Vista, and Windows 7 and to 16 on Windows XP for the QH.

It is under the 'Properties' setting for the device in the Windows 'Device Manager'.
