1994 S10 Blazer L35 CPI Vin W

Start this off, i have a 87 S-10 truck with a 94 CPI engine in it. it runs. Trans i believe is 4L60 or 4L60E, i dont know how to tell. everything has been converted. im using a 91-92 cab harness for the ALDL/OBD1 connector.

I am trying to Run TunerPro RT with my setup.
I was at EFI gearhead a while back for help but gave up due top my brother needing the APU1.

I have the ECM with white tag reads 16196395 BHRJ
chip reads BPLB 16219020. BCC says "PCM #16197427"
i have downloaded many files. and at a loss on which goes to each menu in TP5. files are:
A217_0D_v250.adx
Advanced $0D TP5 v250.xdf
A178.ads (&.adx TP5 convert.)
0D_TPV5_v250.xdf
BHRJ_94_S-T_Truck_4_3CPI_with_3_08_or_3_42_gears.bin
BHRH 94 S-T Truck 4.3CPI 4l60e.BIN

The hardware is Moates APU1 with the ALDL connector. I'm guessing it'll be 8192 Baud, with APU1 mode as i want to edit things in Real time.

i also think i have a dash setup saved from someone else. how do i load it?

i was able to get it going. using Advance $0d as the xdf, BHRJ as bin and A217 as definition. it was going pretty good.
the only thing is that i cant get it consistent. one start up it works, next wont start up, next it high revs and only half the dash works.

Any help?
