"XDFCONSTANT uniqueid" in XDF. How is it assigned

Hi All, I'm new to TunerPro so hope this isn't a "Stupid" question.

I'm working on turning an A2L into an XDF outside the program. I think I have it figured out except one thing.

In the XDF there is a "XDFCONSTANT uniqueid". Can anyone tell my how those numbersw are assigned? Can I choose whatever I want or is there logic to how the numbers are chosen.

Thanks for your help. Once I get the xdf sorted I'll post in this forum.

Looks like using a more or less random number is working. If someone knows something different I should be using let me know.
