ECM 1228330 - need all information
Hello, I have Cadillac Broughram d elegance 5.0 L, V8, Y-body the year 1988. Inside is ECM 1228330. No one can help me. I need all information what is this ECM and parametrs. Does enyone know this ECM? Thanks Filip Dymák Czech Republic.
Hi, 1228330 ECM was used with 88-90 olds vin Y -engines. It controls spark, fuel (except secondaries at wot), TCC, A/C and emissions equipment at detailed level and has knock control.
Its code has been hacked and the needed XDF -file is available, though has some issues. Very useable whatsoever.
I feel the engine management parameters are quite efficient, but if modifications have been made to the engine or one wants to experiment with it, it can be "easily" done with Moates Ostrich 2.0.
ALDL data stream definitons are also available.
