94 chevy k1500 tbi tune

Hello guys.. I'm a noob. So please help me out. I know next to nothing about tbi tuning. So I'll start with what I got. Other than installing a summit k1103 cam and lifter kit, valve springs, and possibly roller rockers.. the engine is bone stock. Wil I be able to tune this myself and what will I need to do so? Any and all help much appreciated.
