Tunerpro rt issue

Hello!
I'm experiencing significant issues with my truck that prevent it from running properly, whether using the stock setup or the TT chip setup. I've been trying to troubleshoot with TunerPro, using an ADX file I downloaded from this site. When I hit "connect," it shows as connected but continuously displays a "flashing data error." The message "Cable found and functional" appears during testing. Interestingly, I get the same connection and data error regardless of whether the cable is connected. I've tested this on two different laptops, and the problem persists. What could be causing this issue?
