5AM (Monster S2R 800)

Post by TommiP »

Would anyone be familiar if there are different XDF files to be used with Monster S2R800?
Or any particular setting in TunerPro to be adjusted according bike drawing/year model?

My bike is 2006 model with original ECU and TPS:
Drawing: 28641211B
Hardware: IAW5AMHW610
Omologation: 5AMD5
Software: 2219DZ13
Tester: DUC
Date: 2006.02.15

With TunerPro I'am using XDF file found here:
https://www.von-der-salierburg.de/downl ... _V1.28.zip
Unfortunately that XDF shall bring in my bike BIN with mixed up main fuel table (RPM/TPS).
RPM range is a mess and TPS ending too short (28deg).

I also tested BIN files from other S2R800 bikes found here
https://ecu-repo.spiro-media.de/Ducati- ... i/Monster/
1) s2r800 oem IAW5AM BS HW610 2219 DD007.bin seem to be 1:1 match to my bike and it works fine with XDF/TunerPro.
2) Then again all the rest in that repo are failing exactly as mine does, mixed up RPM range+low TPS range.

I downloaded the BIN from my bike again with GuzziDiag just in case of corrupted file, no change.

I tested with another XDF below, no change exactly same result than earlier.

What might be the reason - any idea?

I have an 07 S2R800 and have been using the attached xdf for a few years exclusively for fueling. I'm using larger IWP-069 injectors (scaled down) and running the S2R1000 engine with the 800 ECU. The file name says S4R and 996 but the fuel maps come out clean.

Edit - I also verified in the that the immobilizer switch does edit the hex from 01 to 00 in the address listed in TunerPro.
