ELM327 Problems

Hello from Germany, I'm completely new to Tunerpro. I tried following the instructions but it doesn't work for me. I have an ELM327 USB adapter that I can't get to work. I have a 2004 Chey Tahoe with an LM7 engine and want to retrofit electric fans. I hope someone can help me here.

To reflash PCM u need one of supported cables for PCMhummer software
Tunerpro only to redacting bin file
Upload/download bin -PCMhummer

Ur main problem is that u not reading
ELM327 can't flash PCM
For any changes with PCM firmware(like enable/disable efans) u MUST reflash it
