TunerPro RT won't connect

Hello,
I am trying to datalog using tuner pro rt using a K+DCAN cable and following the steps on the MS4X wiki. I followed all the steps but when I try to connect it just says "connecting...." forever and then times out. I have the correct BIN, XDF, and ADX files for tuner pro rt. I even tried pulling a fresh read BIN and that made no difference. I am able to connect to INPA and MS4X flasher read and write no problem. If anybody has any idea or similar experience that would help I'd greatly appreciate it!

You go through all the steps, everything seems right, and then it just hangs on "connecting..." forever. Been there with car stuff more times than I'd like to admit.

Have you tried force-starting the log? That’s the only thing that comes to mind..
