Hey guys - sorry if this topic is in the wrong place. Just got teh software, I am a causal user. I have 86 IROC, 305 TPI, 1227165 ECM. I have the obd1 cable from obd diagnostics and... apparently a mickey mouse hat with ears! LOL
I am having issues getting RT v5 to run. I used earliest bin file, 32.xdf, and the ADs file. Didn't do anything. Got an adx file from thridgen forums, still no joy. I was messing around with a corvette adx file and got connection and some responses from the ECM. Nothing reliable but just a graphic dashboard and some erratic data exchanges.So I know my PC and cable are setup correctly. Just seems I dont have compatibility with the files that are available. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried the ADX specifically built for the 1227165 ECM? Sometimes small version mismatches in the ADX can cause erratic behavior.
