Ability to edit "Description" "Parameter Comments" in large Window

Reason:
The description section is small in the edit parameter window. Hard to edit larger descriptions.

Suggestion:
Would be nice if there was a way to use the big Parameter Comments window to edit the parameter comment/description. Some sort of unlock button or something would be needed as you would typically want the window to be locked/not editable and it would tie into being able to encrypt/password a file. Sounding hard already. Do not know how you maintain something this large alone.
