TunerPro RT, Ostrich and Moates 2timer

Post by Concept J »

Hi All, new to the forum and completely new to tuning! Any help is greatly appreciated....I've just connected up my Ostrich to my ECU through a Moates 2timer. I've emulated to the Ostrich with TunerPro no problems, but now I want to stack a second Bin on the Ostrich and I've no idea how to do it...I can see how to use the Bin stacker application for a chip, but it seems I can't stack Bin's on an Ostrich using TunerPro RT.

Does anyone know if I can and how I can stack 2 Bin's on the Ostrich using TPRT? Do I do this the same as I would a chip and if so how do I determine the chip size and block size given I'm not working with a chip?

Thanks
Justin

AFAIK, there is no way to stack two bins on an Ostrich.

Most people just upload the other bin that they want to test.

I take it you want to leave the Ostrich in place of using an E/EPROM?

Yep, I want to have the Ostrich permanently mounted in the car so I can emulate real time and not have the hassle of opening the ECU housing each time I do an engine mod and want to tweek the tuning and burn a new chip. Maybe I'll just have to run a chip so i can switch between street and track bin's...
