How to convert Bin to Hex

I have a new Burn 2 and am trying to view a file with a hex editor. The hex editor seems to want to see a hex file and the file coming from the chip through the Burn 2 seems to be Bin.

Help.

The hex editor will show the the contents of the .bin file in hexadecimal format (and most editors usually show the ascii too).
