What is TunerPro?

Sorry for the basic question, but I cannot seem to find a description of what exactly TunerPro is.

I would like to simply remove, eliminate, do away with the vehicle speed limiter on my '95 BMW 540i (E34, M60 motor, 6-spd).

Do I need to purchase a 'chip' or can TunerPro disable the ecm's vehicle speed limit?

Also, where do I find the area which allows me to download the software?

That provides an overview of the software, and has links to download it. Not sure how you missed it. =)
