Wide Band Problem

Would updating from V4 to V5 change any of my Value settings?
The reason I ask is because since I did I'm not getting my W/B O2 reading out. I have the LC-1 attached to the Auto Prom and everything seams to be just fine with connections etc.

I finally found how I did this with V4. But Screen has changed and not sure what goes where on everything. Can someone help me out?

I would like to add a screen shot of what I used to begin with but don't know how.
