1989 Z32 Data capture/logging

Post by Karlos G »

Hi, this is my first post on here, just have a question or two please! :D

I wanted to know if it's possible to capture and log my ECU data (rpm, MAF, PW, DUTY, etc..) using the OBD1 port (Consult cable maybe?) and also use my Innovate LM2 to supply AFR data and log that too?

Thanks!
Karlos.

Yes, it's possible. Someone simply needs to create a Consult definition. No one seems to have done so yet.

A Z32 would use an ALDL interface cable, I'm not sure how well a Consult cable, that is made for a Nissan would work with the GM ECM.

Sounds like he's talking about Nissan. Z32 is Nissan, hence Consult cable.
