Repair Clear Trouble Codes

I know you are smothered with requests, but this would not only be a possible bug fix but a needed feature as well. The Clear Trouble Codes command does not work in the latest V4 version (for $8d 7730). Mark said he verified this on the bench a few weeks ago and others have reported it as well.
