ALDL dashboard display "half sized"

I installed 4.14.0381 a few nights ago and cannot get the ALDL Dashboard display to be anything other than half-sized guages. Each row of guages display the name and then as far as the top of the number. Since the window has only a close button and not maximize button, I looked in all of the preferences but could not find a size attribute. I then uninstalled and re-installed it with the same outcome.

I searched the forums to no avail.

I am running my monitor in 800x600 and have even tried higher res modes (tough on an 8" touch screen, though) with no success. I just installed it on my office machine with the same results.

Put the cursor over the top edge of the dashboard, you should see a two headed arrow, click and hold to move the top of the dashboard up or down.
