Having problems getting started.

I have the V5, and OBDI USB cable from aldl.com. All the drivers were installed correctly, Tunerpro RT installed. Im running a 9396 PCM with definition: DF_v1.6.2.xdf

When I start up Tunerpro, it says no hardware found. Although the cable was assigned to COM3, which I have in the settings. When I go to test the cable, Tunerpro says cable found as is functional. However I am unable to connect. I know its connecting at the 8192 baud, which is the 9600 if im remembering correctly. And i try clicking connect, but it does nothing.

Any help would be great!
