What am I doing wrong (upside down tables)

Post by rybowen »

I'm working on a Nissan/Infiniti Q45 bin. I know where a couple of tables are located, and I can see them properly in the hex editor, but when I try to define a new XDF item, the table comes out upside down - i.e. the row that starts at 7D00 is the bottom row, and the next row is the one above it. Is there a setting somewhere that I should change?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

In TunerPro, row "1" is actually the bottom most row.

Note that the row numbering being up vs. down is arbitrary and doesn't affect anything important. In a future version of TunerPro I'll probably make this ordering an option so you can mirror both rows and columns.

Gotcha, thanks. I just have to get used to seeing the tables "upside down" from my point of view.

Also can't wait until you can get the row and column heads from the bin itself. Another great Nissan feature. I'll send the files & a bin if you're interested.

Yes, please do. I'm also interested in any unique Nissan features, such as the internally defined table labels. Can you send me a collection of that kind of stuff too?

Please do, I'm also working with a Nissan ECU and I would like to reverse the order of the rows.
