Help! Need replacement for fried prom AZUU ..

Hi all,
I'm an old computer geek trying to find a .BIN to get a relative back on the road.
My Cuz managed to fry the ECU (and prom) on his '91 S10. He got a "rebuilt" ECU but the prom isn't available, so he called up the family guru (me).
I've searched high and low for a prom or an image I can burn for him, but no luck anywhere.
In serious need of a #16171720 prom or .BIN AZUU. Parts lookup shows that one also replaces (?) AZNU and ASSB so would try them if I can't find the "first choice".
Any help greatly appreciated!
