Where did the Autoprom firmware update option go?

I have an older autoprom that never worked right for chip read/writes .. I figured I'd give it one last update and retire it if that didnt work. I got the last firmware update from the site however Tuner Pro doesnt have the option (I cant find it at least) to do the update anymore.

It use to be :

To update the firmware:
1) Download the correct file and save it to your hard disk.
2) Hook up the AutoProm or Flash&Burn to the port, and apply power if needed (not needed for USB).
3) Run the TunerPro program (version 3.07 or later). Select the option under 'Tools' and 'Initialize device'.
4) Go under 'Tools/Preferences' and select the option for 'Update Moates.net HW Firmware'.

I have no such option now... If the option has been removed is there a place I can download a 3.07 version of tunerpro?
