Wheres the best place to buy performance chips?

im looking to get some performance chips for my civic...normally my boyfriend takes care of all my car stuff but we just broke up....and ive never bought any car parts online before so i have like no idea what im doing...ive been looking at some new honda performance chips at this website but im not sure if its a good deal or not...has anyone purchased from them before? or could someone recommend a good website for me to go to? thanks a ton!

those aren't even chips, those are 49cent potentiometers from radioshack in a plastic box. don't waste your time or money with them.
