Verify EMU RAM against current BIN

fisrt attempt at using tuner Pro RT and Ostrich.

Using a 6e.xdf

I open the bin in Tuner Pro RT and then Upload current bin to emulator

and get "sucess"

Then I Verify EMU RAM against Current BIN and get failure over and over again.

Question:
The first time I loaded a bin to the emulator I loaded a 512 stacked bin.
Is it possible the Emulator now has a bucn of crap in memory outside of the 16K that is used for 6e.xdf or am I doing somehting else pretty stupid

Sorry I accidently posted this is the report a bug section - I think this is more user error on my part.

Can someone point me to the light?

Nevermind, it fixed itself.
