95 LT1 General Questions

Post by hairbear21 »

I'm new to tuning, and I just had a few questions. I have been using Tuner Cat for a while, but I like the TunerPro interface, so I want to use this program for editing.
A couple of weeks ago, I had my car dynoed. He said that it was running very rich (11-12 AFR above 3000 rpm). He said that to help with that, I should go into the power enrichment tables and edit them by taking 14.7 and dividing it by the numbers I have to get my AFR. Then, at that point, make changes in the PE tables until I can get around a 13 AFR at WOT. The problem I am running into is that TunerPro and Tuner CAT don't show anything like that. I am wondering where I need to go to make these changes.
Any help would be great. Thanks!

Tunercat shows a percent rich in two tables. %Change To Fuel/Air Ratio Vs. Cool. Temp. at WOT and %Change To Fuel/Air Ratio Vs. RPM at WOT. You have to add the two values together for the corresponding RPM to get your total percent rich. 14.7/(1+value from first table + value from second table)

eg. 14.7/(1+.10 + .12)=12.05 AFR

I am pretty sure this is how it works.

I checked that suggestion out. It's weird though, on the coolant side, everything is measured in degrees celcius, and the RPM side is in RPMs. Also, on the coolant side, the first number is 94.1, and on the RPM side, the first number is 4.7.
Are these the correct tables?
