Bin stacking and emulation

Post by Mastiff »

I have a question. I have a moates adapter so I can use EEPROMs and also the ostrich for real time emulation. When making bin files for the EEPROMS for my 7747 I need to stack them by 2 or 4 (I forget). Is this necessary when emulating with the ostrich? The ostrich pinout is the same as the big EEPROM... but if I need to start with a stacked up bin, it looks like the ability to edit on the fly is wrecked.

Thanks for any help.

No, no need to do this with the Ostrich. When you upload the (4 kilobyte) bin using TunerPro, it is automatically uploaded to the correct address within the Ostrich.

Enjoy!
