automatic data logging?

Post by rockerZ71 »

Hey y'all,

Is there a way to automate data logging somewhat, meaning that when I plug in my laptop and fire up the motor, I would like to automatically log and then when I turn off the motor I would like to have that file written to a dropbox directory. Then on next start I'd like it to start again with a new file (probably with the name being a combination of the definitions I have loaded and a timestamp).

Is there currently any way to accomplish any or all of this? If not I will turn it into a feature request

Not currently possible. You'd have to be able to tell TunerPro what it means for the motor to be running. In addition to other challenges, that might not be an easy problem to solve generically.

thanks. its really not necessary at all anyways, but I realized pretty much everything id need is in the adx file (or one of them, not at a computer right now) and ive got a bluetooth transceiver my friend is going to solder to my qh for me so Im going to get it to log to my phone if I get motivated enough
