Running Average vs History Average

I would assume one is weighted for the number of samples, whereas the other is not. From the name I can't figure out which one is which. Some clarification would be great! Thanks.

running is the entire log that has been played(or replayed, keep that in mind) since the table was cleared.

history is by the number of samples that were chosen when the table was setup.
