16196285 BIN, $36 XDF, and *.adx

I'm having a real bear of a time finding any of these. I see mention of them in the forum, but I can't seem to find them anywhere for download. Any help would be appreciated.

i have an XDF, but no BINs. ADX would be A265, which i don't have but could create.
