Data Monitor View Blank

Post by tightmopedman9 »

No matter which .adx or .xdl file I use, the data monitors view is blank and only displays the time up to 0:19. I've tried using .adx and .xdl files that I've used in the past, so I know it isn't an issue with either of them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TP multiple times, as well as deleted all the .dat files. I've also tried previous versions - all with the same issue. I can play back the logs and see the data in the dashboard, as well as export the logs to .csv.

What happens when you right click in the monitor and add a value to monitor?

When right clicking I can see all the currently selected data monitor items. If I add another, nothing changes except for the addition of an axis scale on the left of the graph. In case it's helpful at all (I doubt that it will be), here's a picture of the current screen:

Due to an unrelated problem I've since done a 'repair upgrade' on Windows, which did nothing. I also went through the entire registry and deleted every value related to TP.

I can use the same .ADX and .XDL on my laptop without issue.

A bit of information that may be helpful - when opening a new .xdl there is no lag/loading time.

Other than the .dat files, are there any other settings or registry entries I could try deleting? Or, are there any library dependencies that I could reinstall?

For anyone else experiencing a similar issue, deleting the 'xdlcache' file in the folder <OSDrive>:\ProgramData\RusnaMark\ fixed the issue.
