BMW N63 vs S63 Lambda

I have an N63 with the log style manifolds. Cylinders 1-4 got to bank 1 and 5-8 go to bank 2 O2 sensors. I am working on swapping over to the S63 cross bank manifolds. Cylinders 1,6,7,4 feed bank 1 and 5,2,3,8 feed bank 2. Given there are 2 ECUs one for each bank. Is lambda calculated for each bank? Is there something that needs to be changed. I do not see anything in the XDF for this. I have seen something that says lambda could be changed to something slightly below 1. I would like to monitor the engine with the current manifolds to see what is normal. Any recommendations on what I should monitor?
