K+dcan won't work

Hi, i have k+dcan cable and im trying to connect to ms42. Every time i press test cable it won't work. Tried to change com port 1-5 no change. I have switch on my vable between pin 7 and 8 and no matter is on or off. Anyone had same issue and how you solved it? Cable works i can flash and read ecu on ms4x flasher
