Compare invalid

Would there be a reason someone might know why compare is not showing the right numbers?
I went to code59 stuff this morning and now compare doen't show the right info

i found the answer, make sure that the files are in the same folder.

Can you clarify what you mean? Folders should have nothing to do with anything related to comparing, bins, editing, etc.

i moved the bins to a differant folder and didn't tell tuner pro
