Injector Size Change

Post by TurboRanger »

I got a set of 46lb injectors for my truck and picked up a J3 and chip burner from moates.net. I am new to all this and have been trying to learn as much as possible.

If i change the injector size to 46 and burn the new bin file to my J3 and put the computer back in my truck should I be fine? I got a AFPR and a wideband so I can adjust fuel pressure as needed to get the right A/F ratio.

Just trying to figure this all out.

Thanks

You need to set your injector size in your tune at the flow rate to suit your fuel pressure. e.g. if the injectors are rated 46 lb/hr at 39 psi then set your injectors to 46 in the tune and the fuel pressure to 39 psi.
