No, Scanner Pro is just for use with the ALDL datastream. Used for logging or keeping an eye on what is happening within the ECM and what the sensors are showing.
It will eventually be a part of TP RT, to replace the datalogging section within TP RT, once Scanner Pro is past beta testing.
