Re: 1989 Corvette BIN file

Yep, $6E for 1989 Corvette.

ARAP or APYP are the usual contenders.

Boosted NW Chip Burner no longer detected by TunerPro

It appears a recent firmware update for the Boosted NW Chip Burner has moved its version outside the range TunerPro expects, so it no longer detects the hardware as a Moates Burn 2. Any chance of modifying the allowed firmware version in the future to allow TunerPro to detect it again? :) Thank you!

I looked through my collection some more and I have about 30 various BINs labeled simply as "32" in kind of a pot luck directory not well sorted. It could be a mix of $32 (1986) and $32B ( 1987 / 1988 ) definitions. Do you know what four character chip is in the car now? For example my '87...

*edit*... crap I'm sorry. I thought I read '88 and you're actually looking for '86. I have what I believe to be four different stock '88 Corvette BINs. ABTC - A manual transmission BIN. ABTW - A manual transmission BIN. ABTS - 2.59 rear end ratio Automatic ABTT - 3.07 rear end ratio Automatic I can'...

Well THAT makes it a hell of a lot easier! Thanks for the tip. :)

I meant cut and paste in Tuner Pro. I've only messed with ADXs in txt format, so I can't say how messing with an XDF in txt format would work in the end. It appears to work just fine. I cleaned it up as I wanted it, made some changes, and sent a new BIN up to my Ostrich w/o issue. One thing I did n...

Ah so it is just a simple XML file. I must have had something different open before. Thanks.

How to re-order XDF parameters?

Hi everyone, I've been adding a bunch of fields to the $32B XDF file and was wondering what the best way to re-order the parameters is. I opened the XDF in notepad intent to manually move things around and instantly saw the "do not edit manually" warning in the file itself, a nice touch. :...
