Ive got the 8259 ecu in my 89 Iroc now. There has to be a different location on the bus to pull data from. Im trying to find some schematics for the ecu.

I've seen some similar cases of other serial communication software and Win (Vista, 7). The only way we fixed it was to purchase a PCMCIA Serial card.. It allows a more direct connection to the BUS rather than going thru software for serial communication.
