This is not currently possible. Solving this would not be straightforward. The best you can do today is to open a second instance of TunerPro, and load the second XDF in the second instance.

Thank you for sending the video. The change you make in an editor is not committed to the bin until you hit the save button in the editor. As stated, you will then be prompted to update the other window with the new contents. Your video shows this happening has expected.

Can you isolate the last 3 or 4 actions you're taking before the crash? For example, with <bin X> and <XDF Y> open, modify <scalar or table cells x y z>, hit save in the scalar/table editor, save bin, crash. Then email me the files and the repro steps and I'll take a look. Specifics are critically i...

Re: Modified field update on another view.
It is difficult for me to understand what you are describing, but if you have two XDF items open that reference the same address, changing one should indeed update the other already, or prompt the user before refreshing if the other has also been modified. If you have an example of where this is not...

What you're seeing is currently by design. You cannot have a conversion for 32-bit floating point values. At some point in the future I will add support for this by adding two-way conversion.

No, there's no limit to the number of changes. What do you see after you make your changes to the file, save the file to disk (file->save as), then open the original as a compare bin and compare the changes (Ctrl + T)? Do you see the expected differences?

No, the size probably isn't the issue. Some other aspect of the XDFs that are crashing is the problem, specific to those files. Zip up the file and email it to me.

Re: Crash when loading XDF
Opening an XDF is something everyone does, so it'd be strange for this to be a core issue and only be hearing about it now. Perhaps it's a problem with the XDF download process you're using. Can you open the 6E.xdf that's in the documents\tunerpro files\ folder? For an XDF that crashes, if you open ...

Instead, why not assign a keyboard shortcut in TunerPro to release of the hardware? The option is there.

I don't believe that's coming from TunerPro, but I don't know what it would be coming from. Perhaps the XDF is loading a checksum plug-in that has a dependency? Perhaps something more nefarious like a virus? Sorry I can't help more directly.

I'll think about other ways to handle this. One way might be for me to add nibble support - for size, the option are currently 32, 16, 8 bit. I could add 4 bit upper nibble and 4 bit lower nibble. Something like that. It's really rare, though. Probably better to go for the flexible solution. I'll th...

This looks like it's probably a side effect of the way that I convert value entered in the editor back to the stored value.
